第一百一十条 旅客无票乘船、越级乘船、超程乘船或者持不符合减价条件的优惠客票乘船的，应当按照规定补足票款，承运人可以按照规定加收票款；拒不支付票款的，船长有权在适当地点令其离船，承运人有权要求其支付。
